If you have never seen the Trachtenburgs perform, you owe it to yourself to come on down. You will be humming the songs on your way to work, on the way home from work, in your algebra class ... for months to come.
ReplyDeleteThe band has toured all over the USA, Canada, Western Europe and Australia. They have performed on the Late Night with Conan O'Brien and other talk shows.
Rachel (with a 'little' help from her parents) has been performing in her own off-Broadway variety show, Rachel's Amazing World and the DVD of that show, made for children of all ages, is available at the show.
You must come to not only hear and see but meet the Trachtenburgs. These are performers who break the barrier between stage and audience and welcome getting to know the people who come to their shows. They have even taken some of the kids on tour with them, one in particular on the European tour.
What you may not know is that the family has local connections. Jason's parents live in Mt Laurel. They will be at the show Monday ... of course. The show is never the same twice so it is always enjoyable to see this unique family share a piece of their lives with the world.
Tonight Audubon, next month ... Berlin , but unfortunately, not the one in NJ.
